Terms of Service

Welcome to Committed Growth. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of coaching services provided by Committed Growth Partners, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or scheduling any coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Committed Growth Partners, LLC provides executive coaching, leadership development, and performance management coaching services. Our services are designed to support your professional growth and development. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide advice for mental health conditions.

2. Scheduling and Appointments

All coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability. You are responsible for attending sessions at the agreed-upon time.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule a session. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

24-Hour Notice Required: You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice (no-shows), will be forfeited. No refund or credit will be provided for these sessions.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session one (1) time per session, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule the rescheduled session, that session will be forfeited.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of purchase for all coaching services. We accept payment through our secure online booking system powered by Squarespace. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

For coaching packages (multiple sessions), full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for coaching services. This includes single sessions and coaching packages.

If you are unable to use a purchased session, you may reschedule in accordance with our cancellation policy above. We are committed to delivering value and will work with you to address any concerns about your coaching experience.

6. Session Expiration

All purchased sessions must be used within six (6) months of the purchase date. Unused sessions will expire after this period and will not be refunded or extended. It is your responsibility to schedule and complete sessions within this timeframe.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law or where disclosure is necessary to prevent harm to you or others. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Client Responsibilities

Coaching is a collaborative process. You are responsible for your own choices, decisions, and actions. Success in coaching depends on your active participation, honesty, openness to feedback, and commitment to doing the work between sessions. We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Committed Growth Partners, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our coaching services. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and resources provided during coaching sessions remain the intellectual property of Committed Growth Partners, LLC. You may use these materials for your personal development but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without our written permission.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
