I have spent more than 15 years working inside organizations as an HR partner, coach, and people leader. Today, as the founder of Committed Growth, I help companies strengthen the managers closest to the daily work, team dynamics, performance conversations, and employee experience.

Across industries and company sizes, I have watched the same pattern repeat: a strong employee gets promoted because they are excellent at their job, then is expected to manage people, handle conflict, give feedback, hold standards, and keep a team engaged, often without being taught how.

That gap is where I do my best work.

While many executive advisors focus primarily on the C-suite, I specialize in the critical middle management layer, where leadership becomes real and where retention, performance, engagement, and trust are shaped day after day.

I work hand in hand with managers and leaders, meeting them where they are while helping them build the clarity, confidence, and consistency their teams need. I do not hand over a generic framework and hope it lands. I stay close until the work becomes usable inside your organization.

She is the founder of her own practice, The Art of Clarity™ Coaching & Organizational Development, helping leaders, teams, and organizations understand what is getting in the way before rushing to solutions.

Marcella brings more than 15+ years of experience across talent acquisition, human resources, recruiting operations, organizational problem-solving, and leadership development. Her work helps organizations identify patterns, clarify priorities, and make more intentional decisions about people, communication, hiring, culture, and change.

On select engagements with Committed Growth, Marcella contributes her expertise in organizational clarity, hiring systems, responsible AI adoption, coaching, and pattern recognition, helping clients move from awareness to action with greater confidence, accountability, and humanity.
